Enforcement of Rights of Access, Data Portability and Erasure

Response Timing and Format

We aim to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five days of receipt. If we need more time (up to 90 days), we will notify you in writing of the reason and the extension period.

If you have an account with us, we will send our written response to the e-mail address registered for that account. If you do not have an account with us, depending on your request, we will send our written response electronically to the e-mail you have provided to us.

Any disclosure we provide may only cover the 12-month period prior to receipt of the verifiable consumer request. Our response will also explain the reasons, if any, why we cannot fulfill a request.
